The Philadelphia 76ers announced on Tuesday that they have signed center Tacko Fall, point guard Jameer Nelson Jr., and forward Saint Thomas. All three players received non-guaranteed Exhibit 10 contracts and are expected to participate in the team's upcoming training camp.

Tacko Fall, the 7-foot-6 center, brings notable size and limited NBA experience to the roster. He is 30 years old and appeared in 37 regular season games between 2019 and 2022 for the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers. In his 228 total minutes of NBA action, he accumulated 90 rebounds and 30 blocks. His offensive game is considered limited, and he is not especially mobile on defense. Since being waived by Cleveland in 2022, Fall has played for teams in China and had a stint with the New Zealand Breakers in Australia's National Basketball League.

The Other Camp Invitees

Jameer Nelson Jr. Is the son of former NBA point guard Jameer Nelson, who is now the Sixers' executive vice president of basketball operations. The younger Nelson has never played in an NBA game. He signed Exhibit 10 contracts with the San Antonio Spurs in 2024 and the Sacramento Kings in 2025. He has spent his first two professional seasons in the G League, Canada, China, and Puerto Rico after a standout career at TCU.

Saint Thomas went undrafted in 2025 after finishing his college career at the University of Southern California. He spent his rookie season with the Delaware Blue Coats, the 76ers' G League affiliate. The 6-foot-7 forward put up the following averages over 47 NBAGL appearances:

StatisticAverage
Points10.8
Rebounds4.7
Assists3.5
Minutes26.9

His shooting line was.478 from the field.333 from three-point range, and.796 from the free-throw line.

Understanding Exhibit 10 Contracts

An Exhibit 10 contract is a specific type of non-guaranteed NBA deal. It can be converted into a two-way contract before the regular season begins. Alternatively, if a player is waived and then spends at least 60 days with his team's G League affiliate, he becomes eligible for a bonus.

Roster Implications

The signings have specific implications for the 76ers' roster construction. The team currently has one open two-way contract slot alongside players Rayan Rupert and Caleb Love. This means Fall, Nelson Jr., and Thomas could compete for that final two-way spot during camp. Another player, Duke Miles, is also on an Exhibit 10 deal with Philadelphia. With these three new signings, the Sixers now have just one opening remaining on their 20-man offseason roster.
